The prenatal I wish existed when I needed it most.
After being together for seven years and married for two, my husband and I were ready to start our family. We became pregnant quickly, but our journey wasn't straightforward. We experienced unexpected challenges that left us searching for answers.
We went on to welcome three beautiful children into the world. Our path to get there taught us something important: the nutrition guidance and prenatal options available to women weren't keeping up with what the science actually showed.
Then came a turning point. I remembered a conversation from years earlier — my cousin had mentioned a family health pattern related to how our bodies process certain nutrients. I looked into it further, and what I discovered changed everything about how I approached my own prenatal care.

When I started researching prenatal supplements, I was surprised by what I found. Many formulas didn't include the nutrients that current research highlights as essential. Others used forms that aren't well-absorbed. And very few were built with input from clinicians who work directly with women during pregnancy.
I knew there had to be a better option. And when I couldn't find one that met the standard I was looking for, I set out to create it.
