Processing time
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days from our facility in the United States. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times
Standard shipping within the continental United States arrives within 3–5 business days after dispatch. You'll receive tracking updates throughout transit.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on all subscription orders.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We're actively exploring international shipping options. To be the first to hear when we expand, join our email list.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also view your order status anytime by logging into your account.
Returns & Refunds
Our satisfaction guarantee
We believe in our formula, and we want you to as well. If your first order of Mothersense™ Prenatal+ isn't right for you, contact our team within 30 days of purchase and we'll make it right — refund, replacement, or store credit, your choice.
Subscription orders
Subscription orders after your first delivery are considered final sale, but you can skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account with no commitments or fees. We recommend skipping ahead if you have an upcoming travel month or already have enough on hand.
Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please reach out within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
How to start a return
Email our team at contact@mothersense.shop with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond within 3 business days with next steps.
Managing Your Subscription
Your subscription is fully flexible. From your account dashboard, you can:
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Pause your subscription for as long as you need

HSA & FSA Eligibility
Prenatal vitamins are generally eligible for reimbursement through HSA, FSA, and HRA accounts. We can provide an itemized receipt for any order — just email contact@mothersense.shop with your order number. Check with your specific plan administrator to confirm eligibility.
